Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, preferably with MT channel experience., Experience managing NKA and RKA clients and teams is preferred, or around 2 years as a sales management trainee in FMCG., Strong commercial insight and business growth awareness, with the ability to identify business opportunities and develop effective selling strategies., Excellent negotiation, communication, and data analysis skills, with a results-oriented mindset..

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual strategic plans and KPI targets for key accounts, driving business growth through JBP and operational initiatives.
  • Participate in joint management of key accounts, including developing business plans and executing promotional strategies.
  • Drive category management for clients, including new product launches and sales fundamentals, while ensuring effective execution and review.
  • Guide regional sales teams in client management, providing strategic and negotiation support to address market challenges.

岗位职责:

1、所负责的KA系统年度计划策略&KPI目标及生意达成,包括JBP/Operation/GtN,Own TS,驱动生意增长;

2、参与KA客户的联合管理,包括JBP框架/分销机会/价格指引/季度联合拜访,客户CBP生意计划制定(包含品类管理及促销),推动落地执行及回顾;

4、驱动亿滋品类管理在客户的实现,包括新品上市、夯实销售基本面、完善POS数据分析等;通过对生意的洞察、从品类管理(选品,分销、陈列)的角度卖进给客户,推动基础工作的落地和执行;

5、客户GTN管理落实完善:投资的有效性分析,费用追踪和优化,解决核销中的关键问题;

6、指导区域一线销售客户管理,给与策略和谈判指引,支持针对区域销售市场发展中出现的问题,给与应对和解决。

岗位要求:

1、3年以上快消行业MT渠道相关经验,具有NKA和RKA客户及团队管理经验者优先;或2年左右快消行业销售管理培训生背景

2、商业洞察和业务增长意识,能敏锐的洞察生意机会,制定有效的卖进策略

3、谈判能力,能从不同维度结合客户需求实施谈判策略,从而影响客户和帮助客户解决问题,推动合作

4、沟通能力和影响力,能与区域销售良好沟通协调,对其实施强有力的影响

5、数据分析能力

6、结果导向、勇于面对挑战与变革,创新精神,有良好的抗压能力
