Your Contribution

Responsibilities:

  • Set up new clients in system and ensure registry status meets company guidelines
  • Set-up and manage billing terms for projects.
  • Work with operations to ensure billing details are complete and accurate
  • Generate draft invoices and submit for approval.
  • Revise drafts where necessary.
  • Finalize and send invoices with supporting documents to clients.
  • Maintain excel spreadsheet with billing details for operations review
  • Adjust the project financials as requested by Project Manager.
  • Work with Project Managers to update budgets and project details as required
  • Complete ad hoc requests as necessary.

Your Profile

Qualifications:

  • College diploma in accounting or finance (asset)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level).
  • Knowledge of Deltek (asset).
  • Team Oriented
