Job description

We are seeking a Project Manager, Global Licensing to drive the execution of ZEN.COM’s licensing strategy across multiple regions. In this role, you will work closely with the Global Licensing Director and various department heads to ensure projects progress smoothly, meet deadlines, and align with business goals. You’ll be responsible for managing communication between teams, tracking milestones, and providing essential back-office support. This role is critical to ensuring our licensing initiatives are executed efficiently, while maintaining clear communication with global and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination & Management: Lead and manage licensing-related projects, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Back-office & Documentation Support: Prepare high-quality presentations, business cases, and follow-up communications. Maintain detailed records of meetings and project updates.
  • Cross-department Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between various departments (finance, legal, operations) and the licensing team to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Global Alignment & Follow-ups: Ensure clear communication after key meetings, facilitate global strategy alignment, and track all deliverables.
  • Support for Official Meetings: Prepare briefing materials and manage follow-up actions after high-level regulatory or partner meetings.

Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or regulatory compliance, ideally in fintech or financial services.
  • Deep understanding of global licensing and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with project management tools and tracking software.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services industries.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like MiCA, DORA, and PSD3.
  • Proven ability to work with senior executives and drive complex projects.
