Job description

We're searching for a temporary Vendor Pricing Associate in the Philippines to join the Pricing Team within our Finance Department! This individual will be responsible for working with vendors to ensure the accuracy of product costs, negotiating and problem solving with vendors, and collaborating within our team to monitor margins. Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary (July - November 2025)

Location: Remote (Must be located in the Philippines and able to verify right to work within the country)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time

Salary: $5.50 - $6.00 USD per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy with costs and vendor information from 100+ brands on site
  • Gather information for price updates and promotions given from our vendors
  • Create and maintain price files to track pricing changes
  • Investigate and discuss pricing discrepancies and changes in vendor information with vendors
  • Negotiate discounts or extra payment terms on large orders
  • Creatively produce solutions for resolving pricing discrepancies to make us whole Help navigate through issues with suppliers regarding pricing issues
  • Create price comparisons to analyze where we can improve our costs Investigate areas of opportunity for margin (top seller nets, cheaper costing through distributors, etc.)
  • Work alongside our Customer Pricing Team to evaluate margin on a brand and SKU level as well as help identify areas of opportunity
  • Analyze trends in the market and gather reasons for price changes to help predict upcoming changes
  • Foster relationships with vendors and representative contacts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • Creative problem-solving mindset and numbers-driven mentality
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of proficiency in English and a focus on quality service and relationship development
  • Ability to work independently as well as effectively collaborate with team members, and build relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
