About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and strategic marketer to lead and scale ArcSite’s community and engagement programs. In this role, you’ll own our community hubs, organic social presence, ambassador initiatives, and local field engagement efforts. You’ll foster meaningful conversations, build connections with power users, influencers, and partners, and create content that amplifies customer stories and drives peer-to-peer engagement — all aimed at establishing ArcSite as a trusted authority in the industry.
This is a highly cross-functional role, collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our presence, deepening relationships with our audience, and creating real value for our customers — both online and in person.
