QUALIFICATIONS FOR LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST:

  • 1+ year experience in outbound lead generation & prospecting.

  • A solid grasp of email and LinkedIn tools.

  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s features, algorithms, and best practices.

  • Proven experience in list building using various tools.

  • Exceptional technological aptitude.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and networking capabilities.

  • Very analytical mindset and the ability to leverage data for strategy optimization.

  • Self-driven and creative thinker

  • Very comfortable with Data export, manipulation and migration

  • Ability to filter and build extremely high-quality lists of prospects with tools and manual review

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST:

  • Manage outreach campaigns for 7-10 clients per month

  • Manage 14-20 email campaigns and 14-20 LinkedIn campaigns

  • Build target lists of companies & contacts based on the ICP (Ideal Client Profile)

  • LinkedIn profile optimization for client profiles

  • Reply to responses effectively and convert prospects into leads

  • Develop new ideas and strategies for replies and list building to boost leads

  • Bonuses are in place for innovation, and commissions tied to leads generated

WORKING HOURS:

Full Time/ 40 hours per week

Monday to Friday

9 AM to 5:30 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
