This role is responsible for leveraging data to generate actionable insights that optimize strategies, improve supplier performance, mitigate risks, and enhance overall procurement efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of procurement processes, and the ability to translate complex data into clear and impactful recommendations.


Job experience (Required / Desired)

● Proven experience (typically up to 5 years) in data analysis and insights generation, with a strong focus on procurement or supply chain

● Understanding of procurement processes, methodologies, and best practices

● Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including: SQL and database management, Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), Advanced Excel skills, Statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS) would be a plus.

● Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software solutions.

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

● Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate data findings to various audiences

● Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, work independently, and meet deadlines

● High willingness to take personal responsibility, can-do mentality

● Fluency in English is essential

● Experience from working cross-culturally in a global position.

● Identify, collect, cleanse, and integrate relevant data from various internal and external sources (e.g., ERP Systems, procurement solutions, market intelligence platforms)

● Collaborate effectively with procurement team members, category managers, finance, IT, and other stakeholders.

● Communicate complex data insights in a clear and understandable way to both technical and non-technical audiences.

● Collaborate with project teams to establish reporting and KPIs to measure processes, outcomes or adoption
