👉 Summary

We are looking for a new GIGAnte to join our team as a Test Engineer Junior to support the FindLaw – Front End Team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of complex web applications through the development and execution of test strategies. Working within a team that encourages innovation and ownership, you’ll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating across departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in manual testing, and capable of identifying potential issues before they impact production.

👉 What You'll Do

  • Develop, review, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing on complex applications.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using a bug-tracking system (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity of requirements and test coverage.
  • Perform root cause analysis and work with developers to implement solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and standards.
  • Provide regular updates on test progress and risks to project stakeholders.
  • Write and utilize HTML and CSS for web support when necessary.
  • Identify production-impacting issues and propose mitigation plans.
  • Take ownership of the team’s deliverables, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Manage workload based on inputs from Project Managers, Designers, Team Leads, and others.
  • Document all work and communications in tracking systems.
  • Participate in initiatives aimed at improving production quality and efficiency.

    • Experience using defect tracking systems like JIRA or Bugzilla.
    • Solid experience analyzing requirements and creating detailed test scenarios.
    • High attention to detail and accountability for final product quality.
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
    • Advanced English.
