Job Title: Land Acquisition Sales Specialist
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 3000 USD/month base + 250 USD commission per closed deal + annual bonus potential

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:

Position Overview:

Were looking for a skilled and driven Land Acquisition Sales Specialist to manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads, analyze property value, and negotiate deals with landowners. This role is sales-focused, not people-management oriented. You'll play a critical role in driving acquisition targets while operating independently in a results-based culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize 8-10 new qualified leads daily while consistently engaging long-term prospects.
  • Conduct daily phone calls with qualified leads to understand seller needs, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Generate and present a minimum of 5 property offers per day.
  • Use land assessment tools to evaluate property values.
  • Track and manage all lead activity through CRM tools (e.g., Follow Up Boss or similar).
  • Overcome objections and build trust with property owners through clear, courteous communication.
  • Coach and give feedback to a cold outreach team supplying the lead pipeline.
  • Work independently while contributing to the broader acquisition strategy.


Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and negotiation with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Excellent spoken and written English; neutral or minimal accent preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with U.S.-based sellers.
  • Highly organized, accountable, and self-directed.
  • Experience using CRM platforms for pipeline management.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Background in real estate or vacant land acquisition.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients or companies.
  • Familiarity with market analysis and property valuation.
  • Demonstrated success in competitive or high-volume sales environments.
  • A growth mindset with interest in taking on leadership responsibilities over time.
