cFocus Software seeks a System Administrator to join our program supporting Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE). This position is remote. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Active TS/SCI clearance
3-5 Years of practical or relevant experience being a systems administrator within the AWS environment.
3-5 Years of practical experience with Windows Server, Systems Center, and Active Directory.
Problem solver and troubleshooter that thrives in resolving complex problems.
Excellent communications skill (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Duties:
Responsible for the uptime of all applications and shall maintain, upgrade, and manage all Fleet H.O.M.E. software and related infrastructure.
Monitor system performance and provide technical support to resolve issues.
Responsible for ensuring security and efficiency of the Fleet H.O.M.E. architecture.
Systems Administrator will be required to stand up and support the cloud infrastructure supporting the Fleet H.O.M.E. application.
Manage all aspects of the Fleet H.O.M.E. operating systems including its comprehensive user access permissions.
Support the installation of cloud-based applications according to OAFM specifications and needs.
Support the DHS posture in protecting Fleet H.O.M.E. from data breaches or cybersecurity threats.
