facility, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining an organized warehouse, prepping equipment and scenic assets for high-end productions, and supporting event logistics with precision and energy. You'll collaborate with project managers, producers, and technical leads to make sure every show leaves the office set up for success.

Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse & Equipment Operations – 40%
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and optimized for fast-turn events.
Manage inventory tracking, equipment prep, and routine quality checks.
Ensure all AV gear and scenic is maintained, tested, and show-ready.
Identify and resolve issues with missing, damaged, or underperforming gear.
Support shipping logistics to and from our event destinations.
Work with the ops team to streamline internal systems and drive process improvements.
Project Coordination & Logistics – 30%
Assist Project Managers with event planning tasks like scheduling, resource tracking, and communication with venues and vendors.
Coordinate internal timelines for gear movement, crew readiness, and project deadlines.
Track equipment availability and proactively flag potential conflicts or shortfalls.
Help ensure all elements of a production are aligned before departure.
Event Support (Light Onsite & Virtual) – 30%
Occasionally assist with onsite setup, strike, or show support when local events require hands-on help.
Step into technical roles (such as camera op, A2, or graphics playback) to support larger crews or fill gaps when needed.
Serve as a liaison between the warehouse, project team, and show crew to ensure events are properly equipped and well-communicated.
Manage smaller or internal client projects from start to finish, with support from senior Project Managers.
Assist with post-event wrap-up tasks, including gear return reconciliation, crew communication, and production documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
1–2 years of experience in AV, warehouse operations, logistics, or production support preferred.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Self-starter with excellent follow-through and time management.
Strong communicator and team collaborator.
Tech-savvy with working knowledge of AV equipment or willingness to learn.
Able to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.
Familiarity with warehouse, inventory, or project tracking software is a plus.

Starting at $60,000 DOE
