Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Total hours: 20 hours per week or 4 hours per day
  • Monday - Friday
  • Anytime between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Los Angeles, CA time 

Client location or time zone: Los Angeles, CA, USA - PDT

The client is a content creator that is focused on producing Videos, Interviews, Short films, Content is produced in both English and French languages. Manages multiple platforms like YouTube (primary platform), Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter).


Scope:
  • Management of 4+ social media platforms
  • Daily content posting and scheduling
  • Content optimization for bilingual audience (English/French) using AI
  • Focus on audience growth and engagement metrics
  • Video editing and content repurposing
  • Community management and engagement
  • Lead generation and website traffic growth

Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and X
  • Transform long-form content into engaging short-form formats
  • Schedule and maintain consistent daily posting across all platforms
  • Execute community engagement strategies
  • Conduct influencer outreach and group interactions
  • Handle audience growth initiatives
  • Create and optimize viral content
  • Manage video editing for shorts and platform-specific content
  • Generate leads through social media to website
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics

  • Proven experience in social media management across multiple platforms

  • Strong video editing skills, particularly for short-form content
