This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 25 paid hours per week 
  • Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Job Description

Step into an exciting role as a Virtual Property Management Assistant where you’ll be the vital link between clients, tenants, and management. Using cutting-edge property management software and communication tools, you’ll handle essential client interactions while supporting the company’s daily operations. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming communication, managing calls and messages during business hours
  • Process and coordinate maintenance requests by creating detailed work orders in Appfolio
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to property owners and tenants
  • Handle time-sensitive communications and ensure proper message routing
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and requests
  • Coordinate with field staff to ensure smooth information flow
  • Utilize modern communication systems to manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally
Requirements
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in property management support or virtual assistance
  • Proven expertise with Appfolio property management software
  • Excellence in verbal and written English communication
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Professional home office setup with reliable high-speed internet
  • Outstanding phone etiquette and customer service orientation
  • Self-motivated with strong independent work capabilities
  • Experience with digital communication platforms (Zoom, WhatsApp, Viber, Skype, Teams)
  • Ability to maintain consistent schedule during Alaska business hours
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through capabilities
