Senior Business Analyst (China)

This is a remote position.

• Elicitation and Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business needs and requirements through various methods, including interviews, workshops, surveys, and document analysis, with both English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
  
• Requirements Documentation: Clearly and concisely document business, functional, and non-functional requirements in a structured format, ensuring accuracy and understanding across all teams. This includes use cases, user stories, process flows, and data models.
  
• Communication and Liaison: Serve as a key point of contact and facilitator between technical teams, business stakeholders, and potentially external partners in Chinese-speaking regions. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice versa, in both English and Chinese.
  
• Translation and Interpretation: Provide accurate and culturally sensitive translation and interpretation services during meetings, presentations, and the review of documentation.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, developers, testers, and other team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Testing and Validation: Participate in testing phases to ensure that solutions meet the documented requirements and business needs.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience working on projects involving Chinese-speaking stakeholders or markets.   
  
• Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese (both spoken and written) is essential.
  
• Excellent English language skills (both spoken and written).
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques and documentation methodologies.
  
• Experience with business process modeling tools and methodologies.
  
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).   
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with specific software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  
• Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.
  
• Knowledge of printer hardware-specific industry regulations or practices relevant.
  
• Can work from Panyu factory to have a better understanding of QC & verifier device
