About the Job
As a Technical Lead at Aspire, you will play a key role in leading the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will guide a team of developers, ensure best coding practices, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence and innovation across our projects. Your leadership and technical expertise will be instrumental in shaping scalable and efficient systems that support Aspire’s continued growth.

What You’ll do
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and high-performance applications using Java or .NET technologies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions.

  • Mentor and guide a team of developers, conducting code reviews and promoting best software engineering practices.

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.

  • Identify and address technical challenges, ensuring robust and secure solutions.

  • Stay current with emerging technologies and propose improvements to architecture and processes.

  • Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives to drive Agile development practices.

  • Ensure proper documentation of technical designs, configurations, and deployment procedures.

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the development team.


What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Minimum of 9 years of hands-on software development experience with Java or.NET technologies.

  • Proven experience leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and driving complex projects to completion.

  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and modern development practices.

  • Proficiency in frameworks and tools such as Spring Boot, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, or similar.

  • Solid grasp of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions under pressure.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and clearly articulate technical concepts.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a strong advantage.

  • Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO / SOC or similar
