Job description

Our managed services team delivers outsourced IT and business services efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.

A EHR Integration Architect supports and oversees the integration of TruBridge EHR system with other healthcare technologies.  This role is part of Managed Services and involves managing client relationships, providing holistic expert knowledge of TruBridge architecture, and lead development of proactive compliance checks.  Key areas of focus include system performance, user experience, monitoring, process improvement, and reporting.

The role will develop and oversee integration strategies including domain, issue, and change control.

Works with cross-functional teams that incorporate IT, clinical, financial, and business stakeholders.  Partner with the Service Owner to ensure service deliverables and timelines are met to deliver value of Managed Services.  Support internal and external client teams in understanding, designing, and validating integration points across solutions.  Assist in developing application monitoring and problem management strategies to reduce interruptions and improve system performance.

Essential Functions: In addition to working as prescribed in our Performance Factors specific responsibilities of this role include:

  • TruBridge EMR subject matter expert for client support and optimization.
  • Provide support in understanding, designing, and validating integration points across products and services.
  • Drive best practices, standards, and prioritization for client execution.
  • Design and maintain domain strategies to successfully support change management.
  • Define and implement testing strategies with our clients.
  • Supervise release management deployment for clients; communicate known issues and upcoming features and capabilities for client consumption.  
  • Coach/mentor others to guide them through situations, policies, procedures, and preventative actions.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and methodologies that can be applied, to reduce cost and drive efficiency

Minimum Requirements:

Education/Experience/Certification Requirements

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution.
  • Must be able to act both independently and as a team member.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 5 years of TruBridge EMR experience
  • Comprehensive TruBridge product knowledge
  • Deep technical knowledge and competence, ability to learn broad technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Managed services delivery and engagement
  • TruBridge consulting, support, and/or development experience

Working Environment/Physical Demands

           

Working Environment:

  • General office environment: Works generally at a desk in a well-lighted, air-conditioned cubicle/office, with moderate noise levels. 
  • Periods of stress may occur.

Physical Demands:

  • Activities require a significant amount of sitting at office and work desks and in front of a computer monitor.
  • Some walking and standing relative to interaction with other personnel. 

Travel Requirements:

Occasional (25% or Less)
