We are currently searching for a Voice Engineer with Genesys Cloud :


Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage voice infrastructure solutions, with a primary focus on Genesys Cloud. (Core function and primary technology)
  • Administer and maintain Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Call Manager). (Key Cisco technology)
  • Manage and support Cisco Unity Connection voicemail systems. (Related Cisco technology)
  • Work with Cisco Contact Center Enterprise (CCE) environments. (Specific Cisco contact center platform)
  • Configure and troubleshoot voice gateways. (Essential voice infrastructure component)
  • Implement and manage SIP trunking solutions. (Key voice communication protocol)
  • Understand and work with various voice codecs. (Fundamental voice technology knowledge)
  • Utilize strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve voice-related issues. (Critical soft skill)
  • Adhere to network security principles and best practices in voice system deployments. (Important security aspect)

  • 9 to 12 years of experience in Voice Engineering. (Significant experience level)
