Summary: The Structural Options Supervisor is a leadership position responsible for overseeing and managing cross-functional teams to ensure the successful and timely delivery of structural options projects. This role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that project goals and objectives are met while maintaining transparent communication across all levels of the organization. The Supervisor will also assist in the development and implementation of data management strategies, the integration of new software platforms, and ensure seamless workflows throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Team Leadership:
Co-manage cross-functional teams to ensure the successful and timely completion of over 35 structural options projects. This includes meeting project deadlines and delivering quality outcomes while collaborating with key stakeholders.
Collaboration with Purchasing Team:
Work closely with the builder’s purchasing team to accurately allocate and price options, ensuring they are in line with the corresponding plans based on the pricing file.
Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management:
Coordinate and facilitate regular project status meetings with stakeholders to ensure that all goals and objectives are met, contributing to a 90% satisfaction rating from project stakeholders.
Communication & Issue Resolution:
Maintain transparent and proactive communication channels with all project stakeholders, ensuring the identification and resolution of potential issues or obstacles before they become significant challenges.
Data Management & Process Improvement:
Develop and implement data management strategies and processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of project data across systems. Work to optimize data flow and ensure the efficient handling of information throughout the project lifecycle.
FTP Process Setup & Data Workflow:
Assist in setting up the nightly FTP process to ensure smooth and efficient data transfer workflows.
Training & Software Support:
Conduct onsite and virtual training courses for team members and stakeholders on the use of Envision, ensuring full adoption and understanding of the software platform.
Reporting & Dashboards:
Produce analytical reports and interactive dashboards that provide executives with quick access to valuable insights, enabling efficient decision-making and project tracking.

Requirements and skills:

Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Knowledge of data management processes and the ability to implement and improve workflows.
Familiarity with Envision software is highly preferred.
Analytical mindset with experience in creating reports and dashboards.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex challenges proactively.
