Program Director Key Responsibilities
Lead the creation and execution of an AI-enhanced program management ecosystem that transforms our $50M EdTech investment into measurable, accelerated learning outcomes for students.
Basic Requirements
Proven track record of 10+ years orchestrating complex program portfolios, demonstrating excellence in Program Management or PMO Leadership
Demonstrated success in managing technology investments of $25M+, with a focus on strategic value creation
Master of vendor relationships, with expertise in creating and managing competitive procurement processes
Technical prowess in implementing and optimizing modern project management platforms (Linear, Jira, Asana, etc.)
Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate with C-level executives
Demonstrated expertise in leveraging AI for operational excellence and data-driven decision making

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
