Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Remote | California-Based

Location: Stockton, California

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Job Summary:

We are expanding our team of mission-aligned Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) who are passionate about providing meaningful therapy in a virtual environment that doesn’t sacrifice connection, quality, or care.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will provide compassionate, client-centered care to individuals, families, or couples from the comfort of your home office. We welcome therapists who are grounded in evidence-based practice and aligned with our values of integrity, empathy, and equity.

Responsibilities include:

Provide ongoing individual and/or family psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platform
Conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in a user-friendly EHR
Work with a diverse caseload, tailored to your clinical strengths and interests
Participate in optional peer consultation, trainings, or case conferences to support clinical development and reduce isolation
Collaborate with our clinical operations and administrative team to ensure continuity of care

Requirements

Active LCSW license in the state of California (no ASW at this time)
Minimum of 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
Proficiency in telehealth and comfort using digital platforms for care delivery and documentation
Strong grounding in trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches
Self-motivated with excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
Committed to professional ethics, confidentiality, and client-centered care
