Job Title: Marketing & Content Specialist
Location:
Remote (LATAM)
Salary Range:
up to 3500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

As a Marketing & Content Specialist, you'll lead the charge in shaping how the company shows up in the world. You'll create high-impact content, design assets, and campaign materials that articulate complex automation and AI concepts in accessible and engaging ways. This role works closely with the co-founders and sales team to fuel brand growth and drive business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to define and evolve the company's brand voice
  • Write and design engaging content across formats: social media, email campaigns, case studies, landing pages, and more
  • Translate technical and operational concepts into clear, relatable business messaging
  • Create visual assets in Figma (or similar tools) aligned with brand guidelines
  • Manage and execute multi-channel campaigns using content calendars
  • Support video content initiatives (research, scripting, pre-production)
  • Develop long-form content including white papers, playbooks, and thought leadership pieces
  • Track performance and optimize content based on analytics and feedback


Qualifications:

  • Excellent written communication skills across various formats and tones
  • Strong design skills; fluency in Figma or similar software is essential
  • Experience producing marketing content for B2B or professional services audiences
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage timelines
  • Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, project management platforms (Notion, Coda), and social publishing tools
  • Ability to quickly understand and communicate technical topics like AI and automation to business audiences


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools
  • Experience using analytics platforms to track and improve content performance
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms
  • Experience in agencies or consulting environments
