Job Title: External Sales Manager
Location:
Remote (preferably Latin America, the Philippines, or Eastern Europe for CST overlap)
Salary Range:
up to 3000 USD (commission/bonus TBD)

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced External Sales Manager to drive both inbound and outbound B2B and B2C sales initiatives across two thriving service lines: vehicle repair and awning construction. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a passion for building client relationships, and a proven ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate new business across both verticals
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with B2B and B2C clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery excellence
  • Track and report key sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for growth
  • Represent the company professionally at industry events and trade shows, as needed


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in external or field sales, with a strong sales background
  • Preferably experienced in service-based or construction-related industries
  • Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently, manage pipelines, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tracking tools


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience selling to both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Background in vehicle services, construction, or related technical fields.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling strategies.
