Job Overview

The Inside sales have responsibility for the day-to-day management of our distribution agencies and sedentary people withing our distribution partner. This position is responsible to provide quotation and technical assistance to our distributors to help in achieving our sales target.

What your background should look like:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet target for specific accounts/locations as assigned
  • Manage all commercial aspects with the customer including relationship and regular contact with customer key stakeholders
  • Manage and prepare offers, project contracts and quotations, driving price and contract negotiations
  • Develop, enhance and grow customer relationships through lead generation and building an opportunity pipeline
  • Sell the value propositions of TE products and services
  • Demonstrate technical expertise and the best service while influencing buying agreements through our innovative product solutions
  • Team up with sales team and Channel/Distribution partner to close deals
  • Communicate with customers inbound and outbound via email, telephone, online chat service and social media
  • Document program activity via salesforce and other relevant systems
  • Make occasional customer visits to strengthen relationship
