Job Description
Join our team as a BDM to bring together our sales and marketing activities, identify new business opportunities, and help expand our markets!
We may have a long list of responsibilities but most of them are shared!
Responsibilities
Work closely with the CEO, sales, and marketing teams to drive business growth and market expansion.
Lead the identification of new business opportunities, markets, and potential customers. Make suggestions on which markets to target and prioritize.
Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, and manage the digital sales team.
Consult with our Marketing Executor to ensure alignment with business goals and sales objectives. Provide strategic guidance while overseeing SEO efforts, and blog content strategy.
Analyze industry trends, competitor performance, and customer needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Track performance of digital sales team. Provide reports and insights to the CEO.
Participate in initial meetings with potential clients, with technical assistance provided by one of our developers.
Lead and mentor marketing and sales teams.
Develop strategic alliances with key partners, distributors, or other stakeholders to increase market share and expand the company’s reach.
Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously assess the company's product offerings, making recommendations for adjustments to align with market demands.
Requirements
Should have understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
Demonstrated experience in marketing, mostly SEO and Blog contents.
Experience in identifying and analyzing business opportunities and markets, defining target customers, and developing go-to-market strategies.
Relevant industry experience: being familiar with IT industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Proven experience leading teams, especially in sales and marketing.
Ability to work with other teams, such as technical team or operations, to align business goals and strategies.
Strong experience in managing client relationships.
Experience negotiating with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Should be a strong communicator, both written and verbal, to present ideas effectively, pitch to clients, and lead meetings.
Fluent Hungarian and English knowledge is a must (most of our clients are international)
