Job description

We are seeking a skilled Lead ServiceNow Engineer to join our implementation core team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the global implementation of ServiceNow and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. Responsibilities Oversee and manage the global implementation of ServiceNow from inception Interact with multiple modules, including IT Service Management, Technical Service Management, Technical Network Infrastructure, Configuration Management Database, Event Management, Human Resource Service Delivery, Workflow Service Delivery, Governance Risk and Compliance, and Integrations Develop integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms like OKTA Single Sign-On, Salesforce, and SAP Maintain platform consistency and integrity throughout the implementation process Manage upgrades and patching for the ServiceNow platform Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external client representatives, and third-party vendors Requirements At least 6 months of experience with implementing ServiceNow IT Asset Management, Human Resource Service Delivery, or IT Operations Management modules A minimum of 6 years of hands-on background in implementing ServiceNow across IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, Workflow Service Delivery, and Human Resource Service Delivery modules Strong team orientation and clear communication skills Highly organized, with the ability to work independently Presentation skills to effectively share results with business and engineering stakeholders A consultative mindset to provide insights and recommend improvements based on ITIL and ServiceNow best practices Availability to work until 10 AM Pacific Standard Time to align with client representatives and core team members Nice to have Qualifications in ServiceNow Administrator, Developer, or Implementer Certification(s) We offer Engineering Heritage: Best-in-class experts sharing a culture of engineering excellence and tackling complex engineering challenges for over 30 years.
