About This Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Sourcer for a six-month temporary assignment to predominantly support our US recruitment team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage top-tier passive talent across the United States with a focus on sales and research talent, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates.

Working closely with our recruiters, you will manage the initial stage of the hiring process, helping to accelerate time-to-hire while maintaining a strong emphasis on candidate quality. This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to act quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment.

This role will be remote and the shift will be, Monday to Friday, 15:00 to 23:30 (IST).

Job Description:

  • Support the full recruitment cycle in partnership with the talent acquisition recruiters.

  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the requirements of roles and functions to identify talent.

  • Design and execute sourcing strategies that align with dynamic and evolving business priorities.

  • Attract and engage passive prospects across Forrester’s three major geographies (North America, Europe, and APAC).

  • Leverage tools like LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Workday to engage talent.

  • Proactively build and nurture relationships with prospects in support of current and future hiring needs

  • Simultaneously manage multiple searches and support multiple talent acquisition recruiters across the global team.

Job Requirements:

  • Intellectual curiosity around technology, business, and talent.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings).

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Discretion around sensitive information.

  • A bias toward action and innovation.
