Job Description:
The Senior Manager, Practice Operations position radically improves healthcare by playing a pivotal role in driving standardization and continuous improvement of operational functions for medical practices. This position involves oversight of P&P development and maintenance alongside central verticals (clinical, legal, compliance etc.), driving administrative process improvement alongside Operations teams in the market through Operations Council and Medical Practice Management Steering Committee, identifying workflow optimization opportunities, and collaborating with market leadership and operators to ensure compliant, efficient and high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
Accountable for:
Strategic direction within Medical Practice Management Steering Committee
Maintenance:
Practice management P&P maintenance including intake for policy needs and refinements, drafting policies with stakeholder alignment, consolidation of like policies, support operationalization and adherence, manage policy renewals
Build and maintenance of Operating toolkit to support operators in markets including Operations Dashboard, operational and management checklists, site audits, Operations Resource Page
Ongoing vendor management and workflow integration optimization for key care delivery vendors such as LabCorp / Quest, McKesson, Stericycle, Jeenie etc.
Build and optimize:
Serve as the strategic thought leader in the Medical Practice Management Roadmap with key stakeholder alignment and approval in prioritization
Build standardized playbook and planogram for new hub builds
Identify opportunities for optimization within integrated platforms such as Athena, Jeenie, Talkdesk, Axle etc.
Ops Training
Support markets by facilitating Train the Trainers sessions and office hours for post implementation support
Build and maintain onboarding training material for medical practice in partnership with clinical leadership and Learning & Growth teams
It is critical in this role to have sound cross functional collaboration across markets, clinical, nursing, product, data & analytics, safety & security and others.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred
7+ years of senior leadership experience in healthcare operations, healthcare consulting, program management or similar large-scale initiatives management experience
First-hand knowledge of roles and responsibilities of practice-based managers and support staff
Familiarity with practice management systems, including EMRs and other systems which support scheduling and revenue cycle functions
Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate teams, and excellent communication skills.
Strong planning and organizational skills, ability to develop detailed project plans.

The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location. The expected salary range for this position is:
$110,000 - $150,000
