As the Director of Commercial Solutions, Finance, you will be responsible for managing a complex set of commercial, contracting, and financial items and deliverables for all end-to-end customer relationships with R1, in addition to new customer support.
Daily, the Director of Commercial Solutions will support and report to the Vice President of Commercial Finance with the primary responsibility to execute on commercial items and assist in building out a new vision within the Commercial Solutions team. As the Director of Commercial Solutions, you will work with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders, senior executive leadership, and R1’s global team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to exhibit strong oral and written communication skills, leadership, professionalism, and customer-facing skills. As the Director of Commercial Solutions, you will be expected to foster and own key external customer relationships. Additionally, this individual will work with the broader Commercial Solutions organization to support various financial activities, modeling, and tracking.
To thrive in this role, you will have strong analytical/modeling, planning, and project management skills and will exhibit good business judgment. This role presents a unique opportunity to influence financial and commercial strategy and contribute to the financial health of the entire organization.
This position is fully remote. You must be willing to travel infrequently, but if requested from time to time.
