About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate, innovative and results-driven Social Media Manager who lives and breathes social media, has a knack for storytelling, and believes that everyone deserves to love their worklife. This role is the driving force behind our brand’s social voice, participating in current cultural conversations and crafting engaging and helpful content as people navigate work and life. You'll be at the heart of how we engage, inspire, and grow our audience, while being on the pulse of online trends and obsessed with content performance.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop, manage, and execute creative social media strategies that align with our brand’s goals, product launches, and cultural moments. 
  • Own the content calendar, ensuring a compelling mix of storytelling, thought leadership, and community-driven content.
  • Guide concepts to execution in collaboration with talented creatives, designers, writers, and video editors to create content that’s irresistible and platform-native. 
  • Track key metrics, present insights, and continuously optimize our social media efforts to achieve growth goals. 
  • Foster a thriving community by actively engaging with our audience, responding to comments and messages, and using social listening to understand what matters most to them. 
  • Manage paid amplification and collaborate with social media creators to expand our reach.

What you'll bring:

Compensation and benefits
Base salary range*: $93,400-$124,000

Glassdoor base salaries are targeted to the market 75th percentile for technical roles and the 65th percentile for non-technical roles. In other words, 65-75% of comparable organizations in our industry will pay less.

Annual bonus target**: 10%
**Bonuses are paid in 6-month intervals, aligning with bi-annual performance reviews
Generous Restricted Stock Units (RSU):
***Restricted Stock Units (RSU) are awarded at hire and may be refreshed annually. Additionally, as a pay-for-performance company, there are additional RSU grant awards for the very top performers.
Health and wellness: 100% employer-paid premiums for employee medical, dental, vision, life, short and long-term disability and select well-being programs, along with 80% employer-paid premiums for all dependents.

  • Coverage begins at the start of employment. After 48 months of continuous employment, 100% of all premiums for you and your dependents can be employer-paid!
