A day in the life:

As a Barostim Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in raising awareness about life-changing CVRx therapies, connecting with new consumers through meaningful and informative conversations. Whether it’s via phone, email, chat, or text, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with individuals daily, helping them navigate their healthcare options and providing essential education.

This dynamic role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has experience in roles such as education, call centers, medical office support, social work, or any field that involves daily interaction and guidance with people. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Phone screen consumers, enter accurate information into the relevant Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, and schedule consumers for consultation appointments with providers.
  • Respond to inquiries in a respectful manner to meet needs of requestor, demonstrate empathy, offer education, and provide empowerment.
  • Provide consumers with relevant and accurate disease awareness and therapy information meeting CVRx’s standards.
  • Successfully manage conversations with consumers, including those expressing frustration or who are emotional.
  • Document interactions per applicable policies and processes.
  • Document request requirements, timeline, and communicate to consumers, field representatives, and customers as needed.

Requirements

What we expect from you:

  • 4 years of relevant experience in a virtual call center environment
  • Must be able to work in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone during regular business hours
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English; both written and verbal communication
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection to support video conferencing, large data transfers, and uninterrupted work performance in a remote environment
  • Previous consumer recruitment experience; consumer education; physician office front desk experience; general educator experience; call center; or social work experience
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to manage competing priorities, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and consumers
  • Independent, self-motivated, self-starter
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Google applications
  • Strong competency in computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams

What we would like to see:

  • Experience with consumer or clinical trial recruitment is preferred

Working Conditions:

  • Remote with reliable, professional WFH conditions, in a Virtual Call Center setup: this role requires extended periods of time doing computer-based and telephone work
  • Position can be must have quiet work environment with no interruptions or noise during business hours
  • May be required to be fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus and other diseases

Salary (or Hourly) range for U.S locations (USD): 60,000 to 65,000 Per Year

The base salary range is applicable across the U.S., complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and specific location.

In addition to Base Salary, this position is eligible for our Corporate Bonus Plan (CBP) which provides the opportunity to earn additional compensation for the company meeting established corporate objectives.
