Pay Rate Range: $70 -$75 hr on W2 all inclusive

What We Do/Project

The Licensing & Publishing Technology team within client Technology Operations is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst that will lead and support multiple initiatives with our Global Consumer Products (GCP) partners. The Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible for closely collaborating on the integration of new technologies and workflows as they are designed, developed, deployed, and integrated across our system landscape.

Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role
• Lead business requirements gather efforts with various business stakeholders and user groups for initiatives across GCP with an emphasis on the Product Lifecycle Management tool roadmap.
• Analyze and convert user requirements into functional design and specifications
• Collaborate with business areas to identify, document, and communicate business needs
• Document, analyze and assess current business processes and underlying systems / applications
• Produce high quality business and technical artifacts, including requirement specifications, process flows, functional design specifications, mock-ups, and wireframes
• Plan, facilitate and execute system / functional testing and UAT for projects and enhancements
• Understand the relationships, dependencies and impact of integrated business functions, core systems, applications, and technical platforms
• Contribute to status reports, risk, and issue logs
• Perform other duties as required or assigned
• Provide initial level 1 application support for Product Lifecycle Management systems

Must Have Skills / Requirements
1) Must understand requirements gathering
a. Years of experience (3+); How to solicit requirements for documentation.
2) Experience with both traditional Waterfall SDLC and Agile / Lean methodologies
a. Years of experience (4+)
3) Expertise in modeling / mapping current-state to future-state business processes
a. Years of experience (4+)

Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements
1) Experience with media and entertainment consumer products.
2) Experience working with Cross-Functional Teams (Tech teams, business stakeholders, etc.)

Soft Skills
1) Extensive experience planning, facilitating, eliciting, documenting, and managing business, functional and technical requirements
2) Expertise in modeling / mapping current-state to future-state business processes
3) Experience with both traditional Waterfall SDLC and Agile / Lean methodologies
4) Experience in test planning, test case development and execution
5) Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects, activities, and tasks under time constraints
6) Exceptional communication, teamwork and influencing skills that foster a collaborative and continuous-improvement environment
7) Strong critical / analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

1) Bachelor's degree
