We’re looking for a virtual Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate) to join our team. What you will do:
  • Deliver high-quality asynchronous care to patients with a >90% 4-5 star satisfaction rating.
  • Manage a fast-paced caseload of at least 20 asynchronous cases per day while maintaining excellent clinical standards.
  • Build strong patient relationships, achieving >80% engagement with assigned patients over 6 months.
  • Master our tech platforms and AI-powered workflows within 4 weeks of onboarding.
  • Identify and implement improvements by contributing at least one care protocol or operational idea each quarter.
  • Communicate effectively in writing, demonstrating top-tier clinical judgment in asynchronous encounters.
  • Collaborate internally and across teams with humility and a low-ego, team-first mindset.
  • Adapt and innovate constantly, thriving in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
  • Champion async-first care delivery, helping redefine how primary care can be delivered efficiently and accessibly.


    • About you:
  • Licensed in TX (required) with additional state licenses a plus
  • 3+ years of primary care experience (family medicine or internal medicine)
  • Telemedicine experience
  • Available for Sana Care clinical hours: 9am - 5pm CT Monday - Friday
  • Strong clinical judgment and deep commitment to primary care.
  • Efficient multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Technically adept and innovation-minded.
  • Collaborative, low-ego team player. You assume positive intent and meet your teammates with compassionate candor to solve problems together.
  • You bring a bias for action paired with intelligent risk-taking
  • Outstanding communication skills in person, over the phone, in writing, via email, chat, carrier pigeon, etc.
