What you will do:
Deliver high-quality asynchronous care to patients with a >90% 4-5 star satisfaction rating.
Manage a fast-paced caseload of at least 20 asynchronous cases per day while maintaining excellent clinical standards.
Build strong patient relationships, achieving >80% engagement with assigned patients over 6 months.
Master our tech platforms and AI-powered workflows within 4 weeks of onboarding.
Identify and implement improvements by contributing at least one care protocol or operational idea each quarter.
Communicate effectively in writing, demonstrating top-tier clinical judgment in asynchronous encounters.
Collaborate internally and across teams with humility and a low-ego, team-first mindset.
Adapt and innovate constantly, thriving in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
Champion async-first care delivery, helping redefine how primary care can be delivered efficiently and accessibly.
About you:
Licensed in TX (required) with additional state licenses a plus
3+ years of primary care experience (family medicine or internal medicine)
Telemedicine experience
Available for Sana Care clinical hours: 9am - 5pm CT Monday - Friday
