What You’ll Do

Lead Mission-Critical Projects. Manage all aspects of complex program(s) - from site acquisition through design and construction. Ensure seamless coordination between internal design trades, external partners, and clients.
Own the Budget. Forecast and monitor program financials including profitability, margins, billing, and cost schedules. Proactively identify and mitigate risks.
Be the Client Anchor. Serve as the main point of contact. Foster strong, long-term relationships and develop new business opportunities.
Mentor and Lead. Guide project teams and direct reports. Oversee resource planning, delegate effectively, and drive operational excellence.
Deliver Excellence. Ensure design and construction meet client standards and project goals. Oversee QA/QC, compliance, and closeout processes.

Requirements

What You Bring

B.S. degree in engineering, construction, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
13+ years of related experience, with 5+ years in leadership of large-scale engineering, construction, or manufacturing projects
Demonstrated expertise managing design and construction of mission-critical projects (e.g., data centers, healthcare, or energy infrastructure)
Strong background in strategic planning, resource allocation, and MEP/FP/FA systems
High proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, and file management tools
Excellent communication, client management, and team leadership skills
Comfortable with AI-forward workflows and new technologies
U.S. work authorization and willingness to travel up to 10%
