Administrative Duties:
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Organize schedules, meetings, and office logistics.
Maintain filing systems (digital and paper).
Order office supplies and manage inventory.
Greet visitors and handle front-desk tasks.
Assist with HR-related documentation and records.
Accounting Duties:
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and enter invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end closing.
Support budgeting and financial reporting tasks.
Coordinate with external accountants or auditors as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor’s degree in accounting or business preferred.
2+ years of experience in administrative and/or accounting support roles.
