Job description

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: 9am to 5pm PST

Job Summary:

The Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events including corporate meetings, social gatherings, conferences, and promotional functions. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow up on lead and provide location packages, set up a call to discuss about the packages and upsells of the various packages.
  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, from pre-event logistics to post-event follow-up.
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to manage venues, catering, entertainment, and AV needs.
  • Prepare and manage event budgets, contracts, and timelines.
  • Create and distribute event invitations, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure all events are aligned with brand standards and client expectations.
  • Collect feedback and report on event outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update event calendars and databases.


Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in event planning or coordination.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software.
