We’re looking for a versatile, creative Video Editor to join our lean, high-output team. In this role, you’ll work across a wide range of projects — from organic social content and YouTube videos to high-impact ad creatives, product demos, and internal experiments. If it’s a video, you might touch it.
We’re a startup — so no two days will look the same. One day you might be turning around a product tutorial on a tight deadline, the next you’re editing a high-performing ad or chopping up an organic for social. The only constant is quality and speed.
This is a high-impact, highly visible role. Your work will shape how millions experience VideoGen online and across platforms.
Edit high-performing short-form and long-form video content for platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Meta
Create scroll-stopping ad creatives, trailers, product walkthroughs, and social promos
Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to bring ideas to life quickly
Stay on top of editing trends, formats, and best practices across platforms
Bring a sharp editorial eye and storytelling sensibility to every project
Adapt and iterate fast based on performance data and feedback
1–6 years of professional video editing experience — agency, in-house, or freelance
Strong reel/portfolio showcasing editing for digital platforms, especially ads or organic content
Proficient in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple video projects in parallel
Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, sound design, or scripting
Bonus: Basic familiarity with tools like Canva and Notion for cross-functional collaboration
