Process rent adjustment notifications and related documentation
Draft basic client communications related to property management updates
Ensure data consistency across multiple professional platforms
Support general administrative tasks as needed
Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive financial information
Requirements
Proven experience with QuickBooks software
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Professional written English communication skills
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Experience with property management software is advantageous
