Job Description:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in a remote capacity. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining accurate financial records and property data, working with industry-leading software including QuickBooks and specialized property management platforms. Responsibilities
  • Process and input electronic invoices into QuickBooks system with high attention to detail
  • Maintain accurate financial records across multiple client accounts
  • Enter and update data in specialized property management software
  • Process rent adjustment notifications and related documentation
  • Draft basic client communications related to property management updates
  • Ensure data consistency across multiple professional platforms
  • Support general administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive financial information


Requirements
  • Proven experience with QuickBooks software
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Professional written English communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Experience with property management software is advantageous
