Job Description

Take ownership of a crucial lead generation role where you’ll be the driving force behind identifying and engaging potential property sellers through sophisticated database analysis and strategic communication. Using advanced property databases and modern outreach tools, you’ll play a vital role in connecting valuable properties with qualified buyers. This position offers the perfect blend of analytical work and strategic communication, with opportunities for growth as you demonstrate success. You’ll work directly with experienced real estate professionals while managing the entire lead qualification process from initial research through to prospect engagement.


Responsibilities
  • Master the use of advanced property databases to identify and verify property ownership information
  • Execute targeted SMS campaigns to qualified property owners using professional communication platforms
  • Maintain comprehensive tracking systems using Google Sheets to monitor campaign effectiveness
  • Process and validate 30-40 high-quality leads daily while maintaining strict attention to detail
  • Analyze and verify contact information accuracy across multiple data sources
  • Create and maintain detailed records of all outreach activities and responses
  • Focus on specific geographic territories as assigned, developing deep market knowledge
  • Collaborate with real estate agents to refine targeting and messaging strategies
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of lead generation processes
  • Prepare regular performance reports tracking success metrics and response rates

Requirements
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy while working with large datasets
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace applications, particularly Google Sheets
  • Outstanding written communication skills with ability to craft professional messages
  • Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently and maintain consistent productivity
  • Experience with CRM systems and database management preferred
