Responsibilities:
Lead comprehensive research initiatives to identify and track major entertainment events, concerts, and shows across Long Island
Create and maintain detailed event databases using Microsoft Excel and Word, ensuring accurate documentation of dates, venues, and event details
Develop systematic approaches to organize and analyze event data to support strategic marketing initiatives
Manage financial transaction categorization in QuickBooks, ensuring accurate record-keeping
Support payroll administration by reviewing and organizing time clock data
Generate insights and recommendations based on event research to drive business opportunities
Maintain organized documentation systems for both research findings and financial records
Requirements
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
Proven ability to conduct thorough online research and data compilation
Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written communication skills
