This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Total hours: 20 hours per week or 4 hours per day
  • Monday - Friday
  • 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM Brentwood, NY time (or 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM Manila time)

Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Lead comprehensive research initiatives to identify and track major entertainment events, concerts, and shows across Long Island
  • Create and maintain detailed event databases using Microsoft Excel and Word, ensuring accurate documentation of dates, venues, and event details
  • Develop systematic approaches to organize and analyze event data to support strategic marketing initiatives
  • Manage financial transaction categorization in QuickBooks, ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Support payroll administration by reviewing and organizing time clock data
  • Generate insights and recommendations based on event research to drive business opportunities
  • Maintain organized documentation systems for both research findings and financial records

Requirements
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Proven ability to conduct thorough online research and data compilation
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Previous experience in research, data analysis, or administrative roles preferred
