This is a remote position.

The client is looking for a Product Analyst to support product development, incident management, and business analysis activities. This is a new role designed to enhance digital service delivery through agile practices and collaboration with business and IT teams.

Requirements

Experience working with ServiceNow
Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, or commerce (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Strong facilitation and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
