The Global Operations Marketing Services team strives to grow and maintain the connective tissue that allows our go-to-market teams to continually work better and faster. As a Senior Marketing Operations Coordinator you will coordinate procurement and invoicing activities for Marketing Services technology, collateral, and professional services vendors and assist in departmental communication activities. As a Marketing Services team member, you will gain extensive knowledge of how marketing operations processes are designed and maintained to help our diverse group of marketing experts work together and achieve campaign success.
What you'll do here:
Onboard suppliers and marketing services team members.
Maintain training documentation for applicable marketing services systems, processes and workflows.
Manage and track marketing services operations reporting (SLAs, ROI, supplier engagement, and spend).
Support accessibility standards for marketing materials with regular audits and remediation.
Assist leadership by making recommendations to improve and streamline marketing services processes/workflows.
Assist with researching marketing services apps/tools.
Uphold Cengage’s customer focus by monitoring the general marketing email inbox and marshaling the right resources to resolve customer concerns.
Process Right To Be Forgotten (RTBF) requests from external prospects and customers.
Work on special projects as needed.
Skills you will need here:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
2 years of work experience in a professional office environment.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to thrive with a variable workload and adapt constantly evolving priorities.
Ability to begin using new technology quickly and confidently.
Strongly prefer candidates with experience using Workfront or creating process maps or procedural documentation.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
