About this Position:

This position on our Annuity Team provides an exceptional customer experience to our financial advisors. This is an entry level position whereby the candidate will learn to oversee the application process by working directly with our Team Lead and ultimately our sales teams, carriers, and others to provide our customers with best-in-class experience while guiding them through product changes, rate updates, and carrier deadlines.

Ability to react to change in a productive and positive manner and a willingness to support your team and accomplish team goals are key components of this position. Our Annuity product offering is a critical piece of our business model and you play a direct role in its success. You will be a part of a team that will continually innovate in finding new ways to support our financial advisors and sales team.

Additional duties and responsibilities include:

  • Consult on recommendations and solutions for case design with a focus on the customers’ needs
  • Enter new applications into Agency Management System (AMS) and perform comprehensive review of all new business received
  • Provide updates to the producer on outstanding items, corrections needed on paperwork as well as providing the producer with any required compliance forms
  • Coordinate with all other internal departments to assist financial advisor with unique client or case circumstances
  • Respond to the client and financial advisor inquiries in a timely and accurate fashion and provide frequent proactive updates as agreed

Salary Transparency: The expected hourly rate range for this position is $30-$32 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
