We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Account Manager to join our team and support our valued clients in achieving their financial goals.

Job Summary:

In the TruBridge Financial Health Client Executive role, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong, long-term relationships with hospitals and health systems. Your primary responsibility will be to retain and grow service partnerships within a named group of accounts that are utilize TruBridge as a strategic partner for their Revenue Cycle Management. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to develop and execute strategic account plans that align with our clients' business objectives, maintain high levels of client satisfaction and support top-line growth goals for the TruBridge. All activities must be in compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA and other regulations, as appropriate.

Essential Functions:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers within healthcare organizations.
  • Manages sales responsibilities within assigned territory/target base, including all add-on transactions for all TruBridge Financial Health clients in the appropriate bed size and territory, to maximize sales bookings and meet annual quota.
  • Understand clients' business needs, challenges, and objectives related to Revenue Cycle Management to support relationship expansion through TruBridge service and technology offerings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and collaborate with various internal stakeholders to ensure issue resolution and client satisfaction.

Strategic Account Planning:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each client's unique goals and requirements.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and propose solutions to enhance RCM performance.
  • As needed, communicate account plans with TruBridge executive and operational stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination of account engagement and support.

Product Knowledge:

  • Deeply understand our RCM services and technologies, staying up-to-date with product enhancements and industry trends.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on how our solutions can address their specific challenges.

Collaboration:

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams including Sales, Implementation, Operation & Delivery, and Product Development to ensure client satisfaction and project success
  • Coordinate with the Operation & Delivery team to resolve any client issues or concerns promptly.
  • Contract Renewals and Upselling:
  • Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms to maximize client retention.
  • Identify upsell opportunities to expand revenue within existing accounts.
  • Document activities within CRM and maintain accurate forecasted sales and pipeline to align with opportunity management and business planning needs.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in strategic account management within the healthcare industry, with a preferred focus on Revenue Cycle Management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to sales and contractual matters.
  • Ability to analyze data and financial reports to make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal skills, planning, time management, decision making, problem solving, conflict resolution, and communications.
  • Demonstrated skill and ability to be self-motivated, dependable, persistent, flexible and personable and to work independently.
  • Ability to effectively work within all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (if applicable).
