As a Sr. Financial Analyst to support our Global Supply Chain (GSC) Strategy and Program Management Office (PMO). This role will play a critical part in driving financial visibility, analytical insights, and strategic decision support for key initiatives, including manufacturing strategy, programmatic cost savings, and continuous improvement efforts across the global supply chain.In this role you will have an impact by:

  • Partner closely with the GSC Strategy/PMO teams and the Sr Finance Manager of GSC Strategy to provide financial planning, forecasting, and analytical supaport across strategic initiatives.
  • Support manufacturing strategy projects through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development.
  • Monitor, track, and report on savings delivery from programmatic cost-reduction initiatives and transformation programs.
  • Provide finance support for transition and separation activities related to the company’s divestiture from 3M, including standalone cost development and carve-out planning.
  • Develop and enhance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to monitor progress and value realization across strategic programs.
  • Ensure strong financial governance and compliance with internal controls.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum):

Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university and (7) seven years in finance manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment

OR

High School Diploma/GED from AND (12) twelve years of finance manufacturing in a private, public, government or military environment

AND

(5) five years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), preferably within a manufacturing or supply chain environment

(5) five years of manufacturing strategy projects through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to manage complex financial models and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives or corporate separations/carve-outs is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Tableau).

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $137,439 - $167,981, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
