Job Description
The IT Asset and Expense Consultant: Specialist is responsible for provisioning and/or expense management functions related to complex, large quantity leases/services across multiple IT asset vendors.• Review requests for hardware, software, and services ensuring proper order completions, approvals and adherence to standards.
• Manages/Contributes to monthly accruals and reconciles accruals as needed.
• Create and maintain corresponding asset or database records for assigned commodities based on inventory reports obtained from vendors or business units in a timely manner.
• Ensures processing of invoices (receipt, audit and payment) is accurate and completed in accordance to our contracted terms for each vendor.
• Contribute to the development and ensure adherence to asset management policies.
• Daily coordination of installs, de-installs, disposals and/or redeployments of services, licenses and/or equipment.
• Validation that orders submitted by are accurate.
• Manages our ordering queues to ensure work is distributed or rejected within our SLA timeframe.
• Perform periodic proactive invoice audits and analysis for complex vendor invoices to identify errors, discrepancies and opportunities for savings and dispute any incorrect or incomplete vendor invoices, ensures discrepancies are resolved and invoices are processed.
• Follows documented processes to ensure proper payment of complex IT leases and/or many diverse vendor/communication services providers for established vendors.
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred).
• 2 or more years of experience (Preferred).
• This job does not have supervisory duties.
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Compensation
Base compensation offered for this role is $55,500.00 - $83,280.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
*** Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e., commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
