Job Summary

 

The Training Programs Coordinator is responsible for the administration, organization, and coordination of Operations Education and Training programs, including the Certified Field Trainer (CFT) Program.  This role is also responsible for compliance tracking of new hire training in all technician and manager roles.

Key Performance Indicators 

  • Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to management. 

  • Produces reports and dashboards based on defined measures, metrics and key performance indicators for learning and development processes. 

  • Develop and maintain database for tracking new hire training compliance

  • Improve current processes associated with the CFT program dashboard by working closely with corporate support colleagues such as IT Business Partner, to develop new database and tracking system for CFT Program

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create reporting monthly and ad hoc reporting for training programs that provide insight to the relevance and impact on operations

  • Maintain data sets, forms and form creations, dashboards

  • Develop database and process for tracking new hire training compliance 

  • Identify areas that can be automated and lead the change efforts

  • Work closely with Safety team to connect and track Safety with the CFT Program and Year 1 colleagues

  • Utilize reporting functionality to track compensation tied to CFT training and peer support

  • Drive expansion of the CFT program into additional job roles and RNA businesses

  • Coordinate, track and deliver training to colleagues to educate them on the CFT Program 

  • Respond to support requests that come through ticketing systems and shared inboxes  

  • Support learning projects, programs and strategic initiatives as required.

CANDIDATE SUMMARY

Required Experience

  • Strong computer skills, to include database management, creating spreadsheets, e-mail, and the internet. Google Suite experience preferred.

  • Strong skillset in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to work in a fast paced and continuous improvement environment 

  • Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills 

  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and administer complex administrative systems and processes.

Formal Education, Qualifications or Training

  • Requires an Associate’s Degree or higher in IT, Business Administration, or other related field

  • One to Two (1-2) years employed in an administrative capacity

While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
