Quality Engineer (TCF)

About the role:

We are looking for a Software Test Engineer for our Customer Experience product line at Concentrix Global Product Organization (GPO).

Core Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience to perform Test Automation and setting up frameworks on multiple application platforms like Web, Mobile, and Desktop
• Able to build different test scenarios, acceptance tests & defect management.
• Able handle technical communications with Partners to understand client’s systems or APIs.
• Work with developers to integrate automated tests with end-to-end build and test environment.
• Good at monitoring the application using opensource/License tools.
• Understanding of various automation frameworks for UI, Mobile, REST Services along with the integration with a CI/CD execution platform.
• Analyse bottlenecks and thresholds in existing code with the help of automation tools.
• Work closely with product engineering teams to own and evaluate Test automation measurement and analysis.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders such as product management, product architects, and others to develop the right set of Test Automation plans for the group and standardizing the same.
• Understanding the fundamentals of GenAI & leveraging its capabilities in test design and automation. This includes mastering various prompting techniques that can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of your testing processes.

 

Ideal candidate will possess:

• 3+ years of software functional testing experience in Agile Testing, Manual and Automation Testing.
• 3+ years’ experience in scripting using Java, JavaScript, selenium, cucumber, rest assured, TDD/ BDD frameworks is MUST.
• Hands-on experience in Playwright would be added advantage.
• Hands-on experience in API testing with Postman, Junit, TestNG, Gradle, Gitlab, VS code tools.
• Java/Javascript/Python certification would be an added advantage.
• Experienced with Agile Software Development methodologies like Scrum and XP practices is mandatory & Scaled Agile Framework familiarity is desired.
• should have knowledge about various test methods (white box testing, grey box testing) & tools JIRA, Xray, HP-ALM.
• Creative, independent, self-motivated and willing to learn new technology.
• Basics of GenAI, prompting techniques to utilize GenAI capabilities in test design & test automation.
• Bachelor or Master engineering degree in Computer Science or related.
