Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a strategic and execution-focused Program Manager – Technology Transformation to lead the implementation of Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) and SAP Ariba as part of Parsons’ enterprise procurement and contract lifecycle modernization. This role will drive coordination across business units, manage external partners, and ensure delivery is aligned with transformation objectives.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Program Leadership: Own the delivery of Icertis and Ariba implementations across planning, build, deployment, and stabilization phases.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Engage Procurement, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and IT to drive alignment, business readiness, and adoption.

  • Partner Oversight: Manage day-to-day activities of implementation partners and system integrators to ensure timely and quality delivery.

  • Integration Planning: Oversee technical integrations with Deltek Costpoint, middleware platforms, and reporting/data environments.

  • Governance & Reporting: Maintain governance routines, executive steering updates, issue/risk logs, and stakeholder communication plans.

  • Change Management: Collaborate with internal change management leads to ensure smooth transition and user training across impacted teams.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Prefer 8+ years of experience in enterprise program or project management with10 to 15 years of total IT experience

  • Prior experience leading Icertis and/or SAP Ariba implementations

  • Deep understanding of Source-to-Contract (S2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes

  • ERP integration experience (preferably with Deltek Costpoint or similar platforms)

  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills


What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred

Salary Range: $120,800.00 - $217,400.00
