As an Engineering Manager you have a deep understanding of your teams' technology. You are able to represent your team's needs and interests to stakeholders and other company leaders. You make sure that the decisions your team makes are aligned with YouGov's long term goals and vision. You own delivery and technical solutions within the team. You not only are a engineering leader but also a people leader. You help your teammates grow through delegation, feedback and regular 1:1's. You play an active role in the Engineering Management team shaping the entire YouGov Engineering Organisation.
