JOB DESCRIPTION

The HR department is launching a temporary job rotation opportunity to support strategic improvements identified during our recent internal audit. This is your chance to contribute to company-wide enhancements, collaborate cross-functionally, and gain valuable HR experience.



RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

  • Policy Development & Review
  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies to align with current best practices and compliance standards.
  • Research industry benchmarks and contribute to the creation of missing policy documents.
  • Support the organization and formatting of HR documents for clarity and consistency.
  • Collaborate with the Internal Communications team to prepare rollout materials for updated policies.
  • Operational Performance Management Process
  • Help design a structured performance evaluation process for operational-level employees.
  • Collect input from various departments to ensure the new process is practical, fair, and effective.



REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Interest in people operations, communication, or organizational development
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
  • Comfortable working with documentation and internal systems
  • Able to work collaboratively across teams and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Proficiency working in english

-           Reviewing/Building HR Policies

o  Deadline: July/2025

-           Communication Plan Rollout HR Policies

o  Deadline: July/2025

-           Contribute to the development of the Performance Evaluation Process for operational performance

o  Deadline: September/2025


Job Rotation duration: 5 Months


Workload: 10h/week
